The listed former brewery is located right in the heart of Munich-Riem, facing the quaint old town. Between downtown and Bavarian Alpes the hotel is stunning to visit the fair and exhibition center, to make a city break for Oktoberfest or to stop over during a trip southwards.

From the airport:
- Take the S8 in the direction of Herrsching to Daglfing Bahnhof, then take the 183 bus in the direction of Messestadt West U to the Graf-Lehndorff-Straße stop, a 2-minute walk
- With S8 direction Herrsching to Ostbahnhof, then S2 direction Erding to Riem, 10-15 minutes on foot

From the main train station (Hauptbahnhof München):
- With S2 towards Erding to the stop Riem, 10-15 minutes on foot
- Take the U2 towards Messestadt Ost to the Messestadt West stop, then take the 190 bus towards Ostbahnhof Friedenstraße to Martin-Empl-Ring, 2 minutes on foot or 183 towards Arabellapark, also to Martin-Empl-Ring

"Overall its a nice experience. They really honoured our request to have our desired room as requested.. It would be worth 5 stars if they would have focus on improving minute details for eg: there was only a single plastic in the bathroom, no plastics in the bins, dust on the kettle etc. At breakfast, we really enjoyed and loved the hospitality from a Vietnamese lady, made our day even more beautiful.. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider this hotel again in the future :)"

"We stayed at the apartment. It was clean, beds comfortable, everything ok, bathroom very small, but with everything you need... We missed same spoons, forks and knifes... we had only 3... in very quiet neigborhood... not far from train station, cca 8 min slow walk... We had a very nice stay."

"The room at premium was very beautiful, very nice view, and everything was clean and in very good conditions. The breakfast was also delicious, and so was the dinner I had at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only con is one has to walk a bit from the Riem Station I was upgraded without charge to premium and it was wonderful. Not only had I a beautiful view, the decoration was truly amazing Very nice and friendly personal, at both reception and restaurant"

"1) Clearly, the room was good BUT not aligned with the pictures I viewed when booking thru the company booking system. Then, there was a gap between the reality and the expectation. It is something like a lie since pricing was not at the expected level. 2) Lack of check in process could have made me in difficult situation. I was very fortunate to have people waiting for outside who helped me to get in. 3) Also, was not very clear there was a second building. So, when I had my card for the room 101, I naturally went into the main building and could not find my room, of course. Again, the people who opened the doors were kind enough to indicate me where to find the other building! If I see from another perspective and removing all above issues: the below 100€ price for the room +breakfast was a good deal! I accumulated too many issues at once. I arrived around 10.00pm and the door was closed. Fortunately, some people were outside to open the door. Otherwise, I would have slept outside! Usually, rooms are always clean in Germany"
