Traditional wood oven, wood fireplace and old farm furniture create an authentic alpine flair, without missing out on modern kitchen appliances. In every hut there are two comfortable bathrooms with a wellness shower, bathtub and sauna, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. Three bedrooms each with a double bed offer enough space for up to 6 adults and a small child (under 2 years of age in a spare bed). The kitchens are furnished with a rustic wood-burning stove with and oven as well as an induction cooker, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and a retro fridge.
Both huts are perfect for people with allergies. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside.

You are renting a completely furnished holiday house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna, kitchen, sitting areas and garden. Towels, dishcloths, wood and parking is included. Extra are electricity ( € 0.15/kWh), water (€ 2,28m³) and town tax ( € 2,00 per adult per night). Bookings are only valid with a signed rental contract.

Guests will find themselves in a cosy mountain hut from a time gone by, far from hectic everyday stresses. A combination of old, rustic living mixed with modern, discreet luxuries.
All guests will have the chance to revitalise and re engerise and discover the Gosau valley with its numerous health, sport and culture opportunities.

The holiday house is fully furnished and equipped and includes the following:

Guests are allowed to use the following during their stay:
-2 parking spaces, barbecue, garden
Guests receive 2 keys, which must be returned to the key safe at the end of the stay. Please ensure that before departure the house is tidied and in good condition (in the same state that it was in upon arrival). In the case of unacceptable untidiness, an extra cleaning fee will be charged. The rent price and the € 300 deposit is to be paid into the owner's account.
The price of electricity and water as well as town tax will be taken out of the deposit price at the end of the stay before the remaining deposit is returned.
