APARTMENT 148
Our APARTMENT 148 offers 57 square metres of spacious comfort and convenience for up to four people: two bedrooms – each with a double bed, a large living room/kitchen area with a large dining table (lake view!) and a cosy sitting area with sofa. In the kitchen, you will find a cooktop with oven and four glass-ceramic hobs, a refrigerator (without a freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, espresso and coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and plenty of cutlery and dishes.
There is also a safe for your documents and valuables.
A large bathroom with shower as well as separate WC round out the apartment. In the bathroom, you will find hand and bath towels, a hair dryer as well as shower gel, shampoo and soap. All rooms are accessible from a central foyer with wardrobe – no pass-through rooms!
The living room/kitchen and both bedrooms face the lake. The balcony is accessible via one of the bedrooms. From here, you will enjoy a grand view of the UNESCO World Heritage Village of Hallstatt, Lake Hallstatt and the surrounding mountains.
We have deliberately done without a television. The majestic panoramic view of Lake Hallstatt, the village and the breathtaking mountain landscape you will enjoy is unparalleled and will remain in your memory forever. There is a holder for your tablet or smartphone. Of course, access to our Wi-Fi is free.

Our completely redesigned STUDIO 148 offers two people comfortable and compact convenience in 26 square metres. A small foyer with wardrobe leads to a cosy bedroom/living room. In the inviting and lovingly furnished studio, you will find a double bed, a reading corner and a small dining table with two chairs. An espresso machine, electric kettle, mini fridge (without freezer compartment) as well as cutlery and dishes complete the studio. However, there is no full cooking facility available here. Documents and valuables can be securely locked away in a safe. The studio has a modern bathroom with shower and WC. Absolutely perfect! That’s the only way to describe the location of our MAVIJOLU Lakeside Suites Hallstatt. Our stately house stands in the first row along the Seestraße – with a breathtaking panorama view of Hallstatt, Lake Hallstatt and the majestic mountain scenery.Conditions/extras
Arrival and departure:
- Arrival: from 3pm until 7pm.
- Departure: by 10am.
- Left luggage by arrangement.

Car Park:
The centre of Hallstatt is traffic-calmed. If you plan to arrive by car: direct access to the house by car is not possible, and there is no parking available at the house. Please use the public parking garage "P1". From there is a shuttle for guests with luggage offered which brings you directly to our house. The shuttle operates from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. On departure day, the shuttle can also be arranged for transportation back to the parking garage. Use of the shuttle is included in a ‘hotel ticket’ which is to be purchased from the parking ticket machine upon arrival; minor waiting times may occur. For departures, we can reserve the shuttle for you in advance. Furthermore, you can walk from the public parking garage to the MAVIJOLU Lakeside Suites Hallstatt in just about ten minutes.
Above all, we recommend travelling by public transportation, since Hallstatt is especially easy and convenient to reach. The arrival by train at the Hallstatt train station on the opposite side of the lake is its own special attraction. From the train station, you cross Lake Hallstatt by ship and then walk to the MAVIJOLU Lakeside Suites Hallstatt, thereby experiencing your first impressions of this very special village. From the boat dock, it is about 10 minutes’ walk along flat and low-traffic streets to our house. But Hallstatt is also easily accessible by bus – the next bus station is only 3 minutes away.
