Description

Our house, built with the environment in mind, has been awarded 4 Edelweiß points (the best possible rating amongst Austrian private landlords) and lies in a peaceful sunny location in the middle of the Gosau valley.
In the Winter a well-prepared cross country ski track leads right past the house and a heated ski depot is available to guests free of charge at the valley station of the Hornspitz-lift. The ski lift can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, so our guests can leave the car at the accommodation and have a great, relaxing skiing holiday!

Conditions/extras

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: from 3.00 pm
- If you are arriving later than 9.00 pm, we ask you to please discuss this with us first
- Departure: by 10.00 am
- Should other times be imortant to your travel plans, please discuss this with us beforehand

Cancellation
- In case of a cancellation, the following fees apply:
- Up to 1 month before arrival - no fee
- Up to 21 days before arrival - 30%
- Up to 14 days before arrival - 70% 
- In the last week before arrival 90% of the total price (excluding town tax and end cleaning fee)

Payment
- We kindly ask for a deposit of 30% per booking
