We always welcome you with a smile when you arrive at our family–run business. Our mission is to ensure you enjoy an unforgettable stay here with us.
We hope that you will enjoy your holiday and we aim to spoil you throughout your stay. This begins with our caringly furnished rooms. We prepare for you an extensive breakfast buffet each morning.
Our Finnish log cabin sauna is the perfect place to recuperate after a day of adventure in our natural surroundings of after visiting one of the many local places of cultural interest.
We look forward to welcoming you soon to our family home and hope that you have a wonderful stay with us.

Conditions/extras

Arrival and Departure
-Arrival: between 14.00 p.m. and 18.00 p.m.
- Departure: by 10:30 am
- Important: Please inform us by telephone if you are intending to arrive late (after 6.00 pm).

Cancellation
- Until 30 days before arrival we do not have any cancellation fee. 
- Up to 15 days before arrival we take 70% of the arrangement. 
- Up to 14 days before arrival we take 100% of the arrangement.  
- We kindly ask for your appreciation that we have to take 100% of the amount of the total stay in case of no show or cancellation on your arriving-day.

Payment
- Payment: You can pay cash or with creditcard ( Visa or mastercard) on the day of your departure please

Others
We offer bed and breakfast. We do not have a restaurant.
Dogs are chargeable on request (additional costs will be charged for soiling or damage).

Important infos
- If you arrive by train:the train station is on the other side of the lake. You will take a ferry boat. Arriving Hallstatt with a fantastic view from the lake. From the ferry boat station it is usual a nice 20 minutes walk to our house. With heavy lagguage and not really knowing the way we recommend to call the lokal taxi driver, Tel. Nr. +43 6764830333. He will pick you up and bring you to our house.
- If you arrive by car:You do not need a ferry boat, you can drive directly to our house, where you will find free parking spaces for normal cars directly next to the hotel; there are no parking spaces for busses or Transporter.
